We are a faith community that exists for an audience of One, the Lord Jesus Christ! We will worship Him passionately, and with purpose. That purpose being proclaiming His greatness, glory, and power to save to all who hear!

Just as Jesus came, not to be served, but to serve we at Bear River Church follow the instruction of Jeremiah 29:7 " Pursue the well-being of the city... Pray to the Lord on its behalf, for when it thrives, you will thrive.” Believing that as the city thrives, Bear River Church will too!

Some of Jesus' final words were, "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” We at Bear River seek the advance of the Gospel of Jesus beyond Evanston to the region and around the world by being involved in planting Churches wherever the opportunity arrises.
